Rhythm of the day and week

9:00: Arrival - Wash hands, greet educator, put things away

9:00-10:00: Free Exploration and Project Work

10:00-10:25: Circle Time

10:25-10:30: Wash hands/bathroom break/get ready for snack

10:30-10:55: Snack and clean up

10:55-11:15: Storytime/Puppet Show

11:15-11:20: Bathroom break

11:20-12:00: Outdoor Free Play

12:00-12;05 Wash hands/bathroom/ prepare for lunch

12:05 -12:30: Lunch

12:30-1:15: Rest time/Indoor Imaginative Play (some children may nap)

1:15-2:00: Free Exploration/Get ready to go home

2:00: Dismissal

Snack and Activity

*Bread Baking and Painting will switch halfway through the year

Monday: Rice Pudding, fruit, nuts, raisins and maple syrup

Coloring/Seasonal Crafts/Gardening

Tuesday: Homemade Granola, fruit and non-dairy yogurt

Wednesday:Homemade Bread and apples

Bread baking

Thursday: Homemade apple sauce and cornbread

Cooking - chopping apples, making apple sauce/Nature studies and drawing

Friday: Summertime snack - Hummus with vegetables and crackers Fall/Winter snack - Stone

Soup - (please bring a vegetable to add to our soup or enjoy with our hummus)

Cooking - chopping vegetables & making soup/Coloring/Seasonal Crafts/Gardening
