Florida law requires that all employees, volunteers, and agents of public schools, charter schools, and private schools must report any suspected misconduct by instructional personnel or school administrators that affects the health, safety, or welfare of a student. 

What to Report:

 ● Any behavior that endangers a student’s physical or emotional well-being. 

● Any violation of professional conduct standards. 

● Any suspected abuse, neglect, or inappropriate relationship. 

How to Report:
